o hai o: this is my first post here, I've always liked lurking through this community now and then but never joined for some reason. my name's Alina, I'll be turning 20 on David Bowie's birthday, I go to school in Orlando, Florida for theatre design and I work at Hard Rock Live (not the restaurant!), which is conveniently situated about 50 feet from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

lately I've been getting bored of my color. I've asked some friends what I should do and most of them are telling me to go back to blonde but I dunno, that's boring too. what do you guys think I should do?

hi all. i'm asking for haircut advice. i'm thinking about getting my haircut. i have kind of a hipster style. i wear lots of black and blahhh blah blah. i am also eventually going to be going platinum, so usually... when its short it also seems easier to keep healthy when i'm bleaching the shizznat out of it. here is a photo of me and a photo of the desired haircut, except for i would like to go a wee bit longer in the back because i think its too short. ( hairrrr ) thanks dears!

Hey everyone! This is my first post here (probably many more to come :P). I was just wondering if any of you had pictures of girls with dreads or just a few dreads? I want to get some. :)

I've had 3 haircuts and 6 colors since I last posted. I asked for advice on my next cut a few months ago and a few people said a pixie would look good. I'd always wanted a mohawk though so I decided that before I chop all my hair off for a pixie, I'd cut it into a mohawk and see how I like it. I loved it, but I'm too lazy to put it up so yesterday I got a pixie.

alright so i got a really bad haircut and i let it grow out as much as possible but now i think im ready to go short right now: also its a very beautiful red brown purple color fyi :) ok so i want something really asymmetrical. short on the side that my bangs are short on and long longer on the opposite side i also want a semi side wide rattail. i know this is hard to explain haha here are some pictures ive found that i like so yeah hopefully you kinda get the idea. i like the blonde girl better because its got less long parts than the dark haired girl  but i was hoping someone could post more photos of what im going for. im getting my hair cut tuesday afternoon so i dont have that much time haha im not really worried about if this will look good on me or not because im pretty certain i will plus that is a terrible picture of me thanks for any help!

Nouvelle recette que je viens d'essayer, d'adapter, de déguster (de façon goulue)... du coup, je vous la mets ici... Seul inconvénient : il faut avoir un blender pour la faire. Le lait de coco ne donne pas une note sucrée mais permet de rendre l'ensemble ontueux et velouté.

J'ai le désagréable sentiment que cette année les vacances de Noël et le réveillon vont être de la merde en boîte.

Et même si j'aime beaucoup mes parents, passer 2 semaines chez eux me semble déjà, au bout de 12h, une corvée immense en plus d'être d'un ennui mortel.

Mais j'ai nulle part d'autre où aller et personne à voir, et il paraît que passer les fêtes seul c'est trop déprimant, et j'ai vraiment pas besoin de ça en plus.

J'en ai marre d'être déprimée, j'en ai marre des fêtes, je veux que tout ce bordel soit terminé.

Nerf.

 

Alors si quelqu'un se sent une envie de dessiner des tatouages, à vos crayons/tablettes graphiques XD  Voilà le genre de motif que je souhaiterais avoir au niveau de l'aine (et peut être jusque sur la hanche mais ça c'est moins sur :/) du coup il me faudrait le modifier un peu histoire que ce soit tout en longueur et finesse fufufu... Si vous êtes l'heureux élu sélectionné vous aurez la joie de voir votre oeuvre à jamais fixée sur mon corps magnifique :P

Hi guys. I've really enjoyed looking through old posts here, but one thing I haven't seen yet is talk about cowlicks, and what a bitch they can be. You see, I think fringe adorable, and my favorite styles involve fringe, but I have a little problem.



There's a cowlick in the middle of my hairline.

My hair in the front naturally goes back, so like this it will fall over to the side and basically stay there. Doesn't matter what side I part on. That was awesome as a child because I didn't have to bother with clips or frequent trimming to keep hair out of my eyes, but now that I'm older and want to find a nice look it gives me trouble. Do any of you have a similar cowlick? How have you styled your hair around it? I'd love to see pictures.

I go to Paul Mitchell and men's hair is my specialty. I cut my boyfriend's hair off because he was looking like a bum. His hair is really curly so he had to relax it and straighten it so this is much easier for him, I'm liking it, what do you think? sorry the pictures are so big I really don't want to resize them!

Hey! So I posted a couple of weeks ago, asking what colour I should dye my hair.

Ive decided to dye it a light brown with highlights / lowlights (basically my natural colour) and I would like a purple fringe (bangs??) like this:

I can't seem to find many pictures of this though, so could you please show me pictures of hair, with a different coloured fringe? I don't mind what colour, its just more for placement for me to take to the hairdressers.

hey everyone, i've been bleach blonde since around september last year and i'm pretty sick of my hair. i'm thinking about dying it a medium chocolate brown color but i don't know if it will look good- i've asked people i know and i get mixed answers and whether i should do it and what color i should pick. what do you think?
